Carnival Cruise wanted to reach Atlanta cruisers on land just in time for holiday vacations. Keeping in the spirit of Christmas, we partnered with a local cake artist to create a gingerbread replica of the new Carnival Mardi Gras, their biggest, grandest ship to date. Carnival Gingerbread came in at a whopping 1,500 pounds, smelled really good, and highlighted many of features from the real ship – including a waterpark, a two story tiki bar, and a working replica of “BOLT,” the world’s first roller coaster at sea.
